We at REEMORE care about what happens to your sunglasses when they reach the end of their life. As the final pillar of our Green Commitment, our recycling program is what closes off our green ecosystem, providing a green alternative throughout the entire life of our products

Recyclability of Our Materials

As explained on our sustainability page, we manufacture our sunglasses frames out of a carbon reduced polyamide that has a 40% lower carbon footprint than traditional materials.

This material is recyclable, meaning it can be reprocessed and turned into new products. In fact 80% of the material in our frames can be recovered and reused.

To put this into perspective, a pair of REEMORE Tsaki 1 frames weigh 22 grams. If you send them back to us for recycling, almost 18 grams of that could come from recycled material. This means only 4 grams of new material is needed to create a brand new pair of REEMORE Tsaki 1.
